Density Based traffic Light Using Arduino with Android App

This circuit is assembled on 2  feet* 2 feet MDF  board. All 4 side traffic light indicators are visiable & each side we are using 3 IR sensor to check traffic density. When there is no blockage on sensor then green light will be 10 second. If one sensor is blocked by traffic then green light timing will be 15  second. If two sensor’s are blocked by traffic then green light timing will be 20 second’s. If all three sensor are blocked by traffic then green light timing will be 25 second’s. according to traffic density green light timing will automatically increase or decrease.

HC05 blue tooth module is using for communication with android app. For example if ambulance driver have & he is stuck in traffic,  then he can can clear his route to green light & others route to red light. This app will override to normal traffic light function. As driver out of traffic, he can put traffic in normal mode.
